a carved Lightning Ridge
Australian Opal, 60.0 carats,
and a carved Rhodochrosite (Argentina),
593.5 carats
A small Sterling Silver cast piece
connects the two gems.

The Gem Sculpture is displayed
on a Siberian Jade carved base,
361 grams.
"Volcano Eruption" premiered
at the Carnegie in November 2002
and was on display at Tucson, 2003
